1.Definitions
FasoChange : platform for buying and selling cryptocurrencies through local payment methods.
User : any person using the site or FasoChange services.
Services : buying, selling, converting or viewing cryptocurrencies, as well as associated features.
2.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing fasochange.net (hereinafter "the Site") or using our services:
- •you accept these Terms of Use,
- •you declare that you are legally capable of being bound by these terms,
- •you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Site.

- •an active Mobile Money identification method (if applicable).

4.Service Provision
4.1 Description
FasoChange allows you to:
- •view real-time rates,
- •buy cryptocurrencies with Mobile Money,
- •sell cryptocurrencies for Mobile Money,
- •convert certain cryptocurrencies between each other (if applicable).
4.2 Commitment
FasoChange commits to:
- •display accurate rates at the time of the transaction,
- •process operations as quickly as possible.
Rates are valid at the time of transaction validation and may change rapidly according to the market.
5.Transactions
5.1 Purchase
- 1.Choose the crypto and amount,
- 2.Validate the Mobile Money payment method,
- 3.Send the amount in FCFA,
- 4.Receive the crypto in your wallet.
5.2 Sale
- 1.Send the crypto to the provided address,
- 2.Wait for receipt confirmation,
- 3.Receive the amount in FCFA via Mobile Money.
6.Rates and Fees
Displayed rates include:
- •the buy or sell rate,
- •the margin applied by FasoChange.
No hidden fees will be applied after transaction validation.
The final amount debited or credited is the one displayed before confirmation.
7.Service Availability
Services are accessible 24/7 on the Site, but transaction processing may depend on:
- •the availability of payment methods (Mobile Money),
- •blockchain networks,
- •internal security controls.
FasoChange does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or instant processing of all transactions.
8.Security and Verification
To protect our users:
- •security procedures (automatic checks, KYC) may be applied,
- •identity verification may be required before certain transactions.
You agree to provide necessary documents when required.
9.Responsibilities
9.1 Your responsibility
You are responsible for:
- •your transactions,
- •the information you submit,
- •the security of your external wallet.
9.2 Limitation of liability
FasoChange is not responsible for:
- •losses due to private key withdrawals,
- •losses due to input errors,
- •interruptions beyond our control (network, phone, bank, Mobile Money),
- •market fluctuations after transaction validation.
10.Intellectual Property
The content of the Site (texts, logos, trademarks, graphics, data) is the exclusive property of FasoChange.
Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.
